Transmitting Science reserves the right to cancel any planned event within 10 days, proceeding to refund the full amount invoiced to the user within a maximum of 15 days, using the same means of payment as those used in the initial transaction.
Under no circumstances will Transmitting Science refund any amount other than the registration fee for the cancelled event.

12. Changes to the general conditions
